First consultation (1 hour)
The first visit consists of a detailed nutritional and lifestyle assessment.  Your dietitian will development a personal nutrition plan based on your individual requirements.  You will work together with your dietitian to identify your specific health goals, put together an action plan and a tailored eating plan. Your first visit will include:

  • Detailed medical, lifestyle and diet history
  • Body measurements including: weight, body fat %, waist circumference and relevant body measurements
  • Identify goals and develop an action plan
  • Learn nutrition know-how
  • Devise a suitable personalised eating plan

Follow up visits (15-30 minutes)
Getting results requires dedication and commitment but you don’t have to go it alone.  Your dietitian joins you on your journey keeping you motivated and focused on your goals.  Offering advice when facing barriers and coaching you through them. Regularly measuring progress and reviewing goals creates lasting change. At FoodSavvy, we are committed to our clients and are dedicated in helping them reach their goals. Your follow-up visits will include:

  • Measure progress and monitor relevant body measurements
  • Motivating feedback
  • Review goals and set easy to follow action plans
  • Ongoing education and tips
  • Dealing with barriers

Bring a friend
Sometimes the support of a friend, relative or partner can help in achieving desired goals.  These consultants involve:

  • Intial consultation ia 1½ hours
  • Review consultations are either 1 hour or ½ an hour
  • Personalised eating plans
  • Goal orientated action plans. Both individual, and if desired, couple.
  • Ongoing appropriate nutritian education.
  • Regular monitoring of measurements including weight, body fat %, waist (if required)
